How long will my order take to ship?

Ready to ship are processed within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items are processed within 2-4 weeks depending on order volume.

What are you doing to make your business sustainable?

I'm working on using recycled and compostable materials for packaging whenever possible. We also source our wool from ethical, non-mulesing mills. Dye baths and rinse water is reused when possible.

Do you take returns?

Currently we do not, however, if you are unhappy with your order please contact me so we can discuss what options are available.

How do you ensure consistency between batches?

For tonals, dyes are measured out to the hundredth of a gram to ensure precision. Different bases may take the dye differently, but colors should be very close between skeins.  For variegated yarns, I have dye recipes written to the hundredth of a gram as well, as well as notes on how the dye was applied.  For sweater quantities, I will dye the batch together to ensure that the skeins are as uniform as possible. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, these are hand painted and there will be tonal variations in the skeins.  As with all hand dyed yarns, I recommend alternating skeins on larger projects. 

Do you offer any sort of size inclusivity discount?

Yes! To make hand dyed yarn more accessible to makers of all sizes, we offer a discount on larger quantities of yarn. Tonal and preorder orders with 5+ skeins can use SIZEINCLUSIVITY10 FOR 10% off the total order. Orders with 7+ skeins can use SIZEINCLUSIVITY15 for 15% off. You can mix and match bases and colors to your heart's content, but please only use these codes in the spirit they are intended (ie. making larger sized garments vs not for making blankets) so I can continue to offer them.
